  1. Download and complete the application form (one for each child)

  2. Choose your classes

  3. Choose your payment option (Full Fee or Installments ) & calculate payment
    • Please note that refunds are only provided when notice is provided within 48 hours of your child’s first class. No refunds will be provided after this 48-hour period. A $25 administration fee will apply.
    • The GYDTP would like to ensure accessibility to all students. Please call the GYDTP if you require financial assistance (519-803-8829).

Studio Pass

Students can train as often as they wish per week, coming to their own level class as well as a level lower if they want additional training for no extra cost- space provided. Attending higher level classes will also be considered. Please note that students are still required to register for all the classes they wish to attend. Please note that this is the cost for just the company ballet class and rehearsal, modern technique and creative dance training, and jazz (including multi-class discounts). Any training after that is now free!

Step 2: Calculate MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNT(S)* if applicable.

*Class registrations are per family. For example, two siblings taking one class each would qualify for the two class discount.

If booking TWO classes

Multiply lowest class value by 5%

Step 3: Subtotal class fees less multi-class discount(s).

Multiply subtotal after multi-class discount(s) from step 3 by 10%.

To qualify for both MULTI-CLASS & EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT(S), full fees must be paid by July 10, 2011.

To qualify for MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNT(S), full fees must be paid by September 14, 2011.
