Join us this summer for our Contemporary Dance Summer Intensives and our NEW Hip Hop Summer Intensive (half days)!

Week I, June 30-July 4, 2025
For dancers born 2011-2007

Full days of contemporary dance, ballet, conditioning, and new contemporary dance repertoire with special guest artist Ben Harvey.
This week is mandatory for all 2025-2026 Company dancers and open to all.
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Informal showing: Friday, 3:00 – 3:30 PM
Early Bird Price: $350 (After April 30th: $395)
Please note that class will take place on July 1st.

Week II, July 7-11, 2025
For dancers born 2011-2015

Full days of contemporary dance, ballet, conditioning, and hip hop (for dancers 11+).
Learn new contemporary dance repertoire with special guest artist Ben Harvey.
Highly recommended for all 2025-2026 Young Company and Apprentice Company dancers, and open to all
Dancers will be split into groups according to age
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 2:45 PM
Informal showing: Friday, 3:00 – 3:30 PM

NEW Hip Hop Intensive (Half-Day)

July 7 – 11, 2025

For dancers born 2009-2014

Hip hop technique classes combined with the contemporary intensive stream (ages 11+).
Learn new repertoire with special guest artist Angelina Da Silva.
Opportunity to create your own hip hop dances.
Highly recommended for all 2025-2026 Hip Hop Crew members and open to all.
Schedule: 1:45 PM – 4:45 PM (Friday ends at 3:30 PM)
Informal showing: Friday, 3:00 – 3:30 PM
Early Bird Price: $225 (After April 30th: $250)

Meet Our Guest Artists

Ben Harvey (Contemporary Dance & Repertoire)

Ben Harvey grew up in Guelph and is currently based in Montreal. A 2022 graduate of l’École de Danse Contemporaine de Montréal and an alum of the Guelph Youth Dance Training Program (2017), Ben has collaborated with choreographers such as Sylvain Émard, Janet Johnson, Suzanne Miller, and Alexandre Morin. He is passionate about the role of art in activism and world engagement. Ben approaches dance with curiosity, investigation, and openness and strives to express these values through his work.

Angelina Da Silva (Hip Hop)

The Hip Hop Intensive will feature guest artist Angelina Da Silva.

Angelina Da Silva is a dynamic dancer based in Toronto, Ontario, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries. She has competed at the Hip Hop International championship in Arizona and has appeared in Canada’s Got Talent Season 2 as a Golden Buzzer Finalist. Currently, she trains at Footnotes Street Dance Academy, where she continues to grow and learn as a dancer and artist. She will be leading the Hip Hop Summer Intensive, designed for both hip-hop and contemporary dancers, looking to diversify their movement quality while inspiring themselves with foundational techniques. The week will conclude with an informal showing for friends and family, featuring hip-hop choreography by Angelina, student-led creations, and a contemporary piece by Ben Harvey.
