How to register

Session Dates 2023-2024

Full Year: September 11, 2023- May 11th, 2024
Fall Session: September 11-December 9th, 2023
Winter/Spring: January 8th- May 11th, 2024
Spring Fling: June 4-June 22nd, 2024
Summer Intensives: July 2-5 (born 2010-2006), July 8-12 (born 2010-2013)

Spring Fling and Summer Intensive registration is open now. 

Please go to your account on the Portal if you have one or create an account on the Portal if this is your first time at our school. Once you have your account in the Portal you can update all family and student information and register for classes!

There is a lot to offer in this system! Prices, schedules, class descriptions and the ability to register online are all available on the portal. You can also see your class schedule for the year, record absences and make payments. Payments can also be accepted by e-transfer to guelphyouthdance@gmail.com

When registering for full year or full season sessions, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $40 plus taxes (maximum of 2 registration fees per family per year). These fees do not apply to Spring Fling or Summer Intensives.

Please note that we are happy to make payment plans (monthly or quarterly). We also have a limited number of subsidized spots available. Please email the office to inquire: guelphyouthdance@gmail.com

Please be sure to put you or your child on a waiting list if a class is full as we can also add more classes to the schedule if necessary.

Once on the Portal:

Submitting Absences: if you or your dancer will not be in class today- or you know of a class you cannot make in the future, please go to the Attendance feature to log in the date and the reason why you will be absent. This helps us to know not to expect you and for the teachers to know the reason for the absence. By doing this on the Portal, the teachers will know even if you log this information minutes before the class time.

Class Calendar: The calendar features allow you to see either a day, week or month view or the classes you are registered for. This is especially helpful for those who do multiple classes in a week. Simple go to the calendar feature and it is all there. You can also see when a class is cancelled due to holidays.

Class sessions and Holidays are listed on the home page of the Portal. Please mark your calendars now so you do not come to dance on a day when we are closed. This can be very disappointing!

Manage Students: All the classes that you are registered for with class descriptions, studios and teachers are listed here.

Make a Payment: you can pay your balance or a partial payment online. You can also view your statements and your payment history here.

Class Files: this is where you can find any music or video files shared by your teachers.
