One-Time Rentals
- $50.00+HST/hour for the use of studio A
- $35.00 +HST/hour for the use of Studio B and Studio C
* For One-Time rentals for concerts and performances, please note that tickets, sales, promotion, security, set-up, seating and clean up are the responsibility of the Renter under the supervision of a representative from the Studio at a cost of $25+HST/hour.
Term Weekly Rentals ( 12+ weeks)
- $30.00+HST/hour for the use of Studio A
- $25.00 +HST/hour for the use of Studio B or Studio C
Term Monthly Rentals ( 9+ months)
- $35.00+HST/hour for the use of Studio A
- $30.00+HST/hour for the use of Studio B or Studio C
First and last month’s payment is required to secure your booking on all Term rentals. Last month’s payment is a non-refundable deposit.
Photography/Videography Rentals
- $40.00 +HST/hour for the use of Studio A, B or C
* 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all One Time and Photography rentals.
Monthly Block Memberships
(non-income generating)
Monthly Rehearsal Block Booking Memberships apply to the actual calendar month, not a 4 week period. Bookings can start on any date but they expire on the last day of the month in which the booking was started.
50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all Monthly Block Memberships.
- GOLD
Studio A : 20 hours per month x $17/hour =$340 +HST
Studio B/C : 20 hours per month x $12/hour= $240 +HST - SILVER
Studio A : 10 hours per month x $18/hour= $180+HST
Studio B/C : 10 hours per month x $15/hour= $150 +HST - BRONZE
Studio A : 5 hours per month x $20/hour= $100+HST
Studio B/C : 5 hours per month x $17/hour= $85 +HST
