We are pleased to offer our beautiful studio spaces in downtown Guelph for dance classes, workshops, rehearsals, meetings and private events. Whether you are looking for a regular space for your classes or a studio for a one-time event, our welcoming and well-equipped studios offer a flexible space for movement, creativity and community.
Choose from three studio spaces, each with its own unique features and atmosphere.
Studio A

One-Time Rentals
- $50.00+HST/hour for the use of studio A
- $35.00 +HST/hour for the use of Studio B and Studio C
* For One-Time rentals for concerts and performances, please note that tickets, sales, promotion, security, set-up, seating and clean up are the responsibility of the Renter under the supervision of a representative from the Studio at a cost of $25+HST/hour.
Term Weekly Rentals ( 12+ weeks)
- $30.00+HST/hour for the use of Studio A
- $25.00 +HST/hour for the use of Studio B or Studio C
Term Monthly Rentals ( 9+ months)
- $35.00+HST/hour for the use of Studio A
- $30.00+HST/hour for the use of Studio B or Studio C
First and last month’s payment is required to secure your booking on all Term rentals. Last month’s payment is a non-refundable deposit.
Photography/Videography Rentals
- $40.00 +HST/hour for the use of Studio A, B or C
* 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all One Time and Photography rentals.
Rehearsal Rates (Non-Income Generating) (terms apply)
- $20+HST/hour for the use of studios A or B or C
