Company Member Registration Process, 2026-2027
Registration will open for company members only between June 1-6th to ensure company members can get into all their mandatory classes as many classes will fill up quickly. Be sure to register during this time.
Following this brief pre-registration period for company members only, registration will open on June 7th for all those currently registered in the 2025-2026 season and will open on June 14th for all new families.
Please note that after June 6th we cannot guarantee your spot in your mandatory company classes.
Mandatory classes for each level of company is listed below. Please go to our 2026-2027 schedule page to view the class options to select from. The 2026-2027 schedule which will be posted by May 1st.
Payment plans: We accept three and 8-month instalment plans.
For payment plans:
1) Select your classes on the portal (starting June 1st)
2) E-transfer your company fee and registration fee including taxes to catrina@guelphyouthdance.ca or set up autopay on the portal.
Non–Refundable Company Fee $200 plus taxes: $226 and
Non -Refundable Registration Fee: $50 plus taxes: $56.20
Total: $282.40
3) Once your e-transfer of $282.50 has been received and processed, your classes will be reserved. Please note that your classes are not reserved until this time. If paying in full your classes will be processed immediately.
4) Instalments are due by e-transfer on the 1st of the month starting August 1st and going until March 1st. Families are responsible for ensuring their total is divided into 7 equal payments and submitted on the 1st of each month.
5) To register using an automatic payment plan:
- On your portal- select autopay and enter and save your credit card information.
- Select your classes on the portal (starting June 1st)
- We will confirm there is space in those classes.
- The non-refundable registration and company fee will be processed immediately to reserve your spot.
- Your total tuition owing will be divided into 8 equal payments and will automatically be processed on your credit card on the 1st of the month from August to March.
- Please note that while automatic payments are much less hassle for all, GYD must pay a 3.5% charge when paying by credit card. Setting up monthly e-transfers is therefore the preferred method of payment when possible.

Please note that when choosing additional classes to your mandatory class pass, prices may change slightly to what is indicated below due to day of the week the class is offered on and holidays.
Costumes and Photographs/Videos
The majority of costumes for performances are provided by GYD. Each year, we invest in new costumes and also draw from our existing inventory to help minimize additional costs for families. In some cases, families may be asked to provide small supplementary items from home or purchase simple additions to complement what GYD provides.
Additionally, GYD provides professional documentation of the Spring Show performances at no cost to families.
