Like a steady heartbeat, conditioning class will provide a well-rounded foundation of exercises throughout the dance year. This class will support each dancer’s technique and fitness (including strength, endurance, power, cardio, flexibility, coordination, and rest), help them warm up, support their growth and development, enhance their performance in class and on stage, and empower them with a strong mind- body connection. The conditioning classes will be led by GYD Wellness Director Heather Finn.
