Inspired by rhythmically rich and funky music, this jazz class places a strong emphasis on developing a grounded jazz movement style.  All jazz classes begin with a sequential warm-up incorporating gentle stretching, followed by isolations, traveling progressions and combinations that make this class both challenging and really fun!  This class promotes co-ordination, freedom of movement, confidence and overall body awareness in a supportive environment.

Jazz Classes are offered by Full Year (30 weeks), Fall (13 weeks) or Winter/Spring sessions (17 weeks).

Fall classes will end with an Open House and the Winter/Spring session will end with a performance at the River Run Centre in May.
Attire: Bodysuit and convertible footless tights or dance shorts with a tank top
