  • Winter/Spring Registration is Open now!
  • Tuition will be prorated to your start date if registering late into the season. If you would like to start in the Fall please email catrina@guelphyouthdance.ca for more information.
  • If a class is full, we encourage you to join the waiting list, as we can open additional classes if there is enough demand.

How to Register

    1. Create or Access Your Account: If this is your first time registering, please create an account. If you already have one, simply log in.
    2. Register for Classes: Browse class schedules, descriptions, and prices. You can also make payments securely.

    Payment Information

    • Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $40 + taxes is required for full-year or full-season sessions (maximum of 2 fees per family per season). This does not apply to Spring Fling or Summer Intensives.
    • Payment Options: We offer flexible payment plans (monthly or quarterly) and a limited number of subsidized spots. For inquiries, please email us at catrina@guelphyouthdance.ca.
    • E-Transfer Payments: Payments can be made via e-transfer to catrina@guelphyouthdance.ca.

    Portal Features

    Once you’re registered, you can easily manage your dance experience through the Portal:

    • Submit Absences: Log absences directly in the Attendance feature to keep instructors informed.
    • Class Calendar: View your class schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly formats. Stay updated on class cancellations due to holidays.
    • Manage Students: Access class descriptions, schedules, and teacher information all in one place.
    • Make Payments: View your balance, make payments, and check your payment history.
    • Class Files: Download any music or video files shared by your teachers.

    Important Session Dates (2024-2025)

    • Full Year: September 9, 2024 – May 10, 2025
    • Fall Session: September 9 – December 7, 2024
    • Winter/Spring: January 6 – May 10, 2025
    • Spring Fling: June 3 – June 21, 2025
    • Summer Intensives:
      • June 30 – July 4, 2025 (2011-2007)
      • July 7 – 11, 2025 (2011-2014)
