Dancer Screening Day at GYD

When a new dance year begins, it’s time for Screening Day with GYD teacher and physiotherapist Heather Finn!  Screening benefits dancers of any age who are growing, boosting their dance fitness after a break, or facing new challenges in technique class or choreography.  Dancer screening helps dancers 1) objectively evaluate their strengths and weaknesses, 2) set goals and reach their full potential, and 3) encourages healthy communication between dancers, their families, teachers and care providers.  Screening costs $50 for a 25 minute session (receipt provided if you have insurance coverage).
