Getting ready for the 2026-2027 Season
- May 22nd: 2026-2027 schedule announced on our website
- June 1st-6th: Priority Registration for all Company members to ensure there spots in mandatory classes
- June 7th-13th: Full Year Priority Registration for all current families
- June 14th: Full Year registration opens to all.
- July 4th: Fall season registration opens in classes where space is available.
How to Register
- Create or Access Your Account: If this is your first time registering, please create an account. If you already have one, simply log in.
- Register for Classes: Browse class schedules, descriptions, and prices. You can also make payments securely.
Payment Information
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 + taxes is required for full-year or full-season sessions (maximum of 2 fees per family per season). This does not apply to Spring, Spring Fling or Summer Intensives.
- Payment Options: We offer flexible payment plans (monthly or quarterly) and a limited number of subsidized spots. For inquiries, please email us at catrina@guelphyouthdance.ca.
Paying by Instalments
Would you like to reserve your spot for the 2026-2027 season but would prefer to pay by instalments?
We can set up a payment plan for you.
To register using a payment plan:
1. On your portal- select the classes you wish to register for without finalizing your choices with payment.
2. Email catrina@guelphyouthdance.ca to let her know you would like to pay by instalments.
3. Catrina will confirm there is space in those classes.
4. You will email a non-refundable registration fee of $56.50 to reserve your spot in your classes.
5. Divide your tuition owing (including taxes) into 7 equal payments and e-mail to catrina@guelphyouthdance on the 1st of the month from September to March 1st. We do not charge extra for instalments so ask that you do not require reminders. This avoids extra administration charges or withdrawal from the instalment program.
6. If you withdraw from your class during the 4-week withdrawal period, your instalment payments will be adjusted according to our refund policy. If you withdraw after the withdrawal period, all instalment payments will remain owing as outlined in our refund policy.
7. Registering for multiple classes- no worries! Your multiple class discounts will still apply.
Portal Features
Once you’re registered, you can easily manage your dance experience through the Portal:
- Submit Absences: Log absences directly in the Attendance feature to keep instructors informed.
- Class Calendar: View your class schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly formats. Stay updated on class cancellations due to holidays.
- Manage Students: Access class descriptions, schedules, and teacher information all in one place.
- Make Payments: View your balance, make payments, and check your payment history.
- Class Files: Download any music or video files shared by your teachers.

Fall Session 2026: September 12-December 12th, 2026
Winter/Spring: January 4th- May 15th, 2027
Spring Session: March 22-May 15th, 2027
Summer Intensives: June 28-July 2 and July 5-7, 2027
